Seal of Biliteracy (SoBL)
As school winds down to a close there is much to be celebrated. With relation to the Seal of Biliteracy, Missouri districts have so far awarded exactly 150 Seals: 120 Spanish, 8 Distinguished Spanish, 3 German, 1 Distinguished German, 12 French, 1 Mandarin and 5 Russian.

Missouri also had one student earn the Seal in both Spanish and Russian! With about half of the districts reporting thus far, FLAM anticipates the number will grow to around 250 for the pilot year.
